The appearance of your eyes can tell a lot about you – bright, sparkling eyes are the epitome of health and can have an uplifting effect and cause lasting, positive first-impressions on anyone you meet. However, drooping upper lids and puffy dark circles beneath your eyes can make you look older than you are, and indicate that you are exhausted. In some cases, these effects can impede your vision.
If the latter sounds like you, consider eyelid rejuvenation surgery to make you feel like brand new, every time you look in the mirror. This safe procedure performed by renowned cosmetic surgeon, Dr Jeremy Hunt, addresses excess fat, muscle and skin from your brow and upper and lower eyelids. Combined with facial rejuvenation such as a facelift or necklift, you will admire your reflection time and time again.
• Heavy brows
• Upper eyelid puffiness
• Sagging skin that creates folds in the upper eyelid and impairs vision
• Dark circles and bags under the eyes
• Removal of excess skin and fine wrinkles that cause droopiness of the lower eyelids
• The shape of the eye
Dr Jeremy Hunt is committed to and capable of making you feel and look beautiful with many different procedures that can be performed on your eyes. See below for a list of cosmetic techniques:
Brow lift: Procedures such as endoscopic brow lift, coronal or open brow lift, hairline lowering brow lift and transpalpebral brow lift all elevate and secure a brow to a higher position. Ageing in the eyes is usually first noticeable when the brow begins to downwards shift and the upper eyelid skin becomes fuller.
Chemical brow lift: This minimally invasive procedure is not as powerful as a surgical brow lift but will allow the brow to rise to a higher position with an injection into the muscle around the eye. This weakens specific portions of the muscle and allows the downward pull on the brow to be relieved.
Upper eyelid skin reduction (upper blepharoplasty): Reduction of excess skin around the eye will unburden the upper eyelid and allow the eye to fully open, giving a more alert, youthful appearance and improve sight.
Lower blepharoplasty: Baggy eyelids, caused by excess fat behind the lower eyelid, can be reduced or relocated to create a more balanced transition between the lower eyelid and cheek.
Transconjunctival blepharoplasty: This procedure performed on the lower eyelid only reduces excess fat below the inner eyelid, and leaves no skin incision or scar. It does not correct excess skin.
Canthopexy/canthoplasty: An almond shape or cat’s eye is achieved with this procedure by altering the position of the bone that is attached to the eyelids, called a canthus bone. The position of they eye can be altered into an appealing shape.
Fullness of the upper and lower eyes leads to wrinkling and sagging, creating the unfavourable ‘bagginess’ appearance. The tendency for this to occur may be hereditary, but does not have to be permanent. Contact Dr Jeremy Hunt now for your eyelid surgery and look forward to a happier, better you!

Feeling and looking beautiful is important. Women choosing to have breast surgery do it for a number of reasons: to enlarge breasts to give the body a more proportional look, to balance a difference in breast size or shape, or to reshape breasts that have changed following pregnancy or an illness.
Before & After photos are a resourceful tool that are used to a patient’s advantage. The Before photo is used to track and plan the progress of a patient’s breast implant operation before the procedure commences. The After photo is used to assess the quality of the final result. When Before & After photos are used in juxtaposition, they can educate patients as to what is possible and provide the best medical documentation for the procedure.
Breast implants, breast lifts and breast asymmetry surgery is becoming even more common now. Please peruse through the multiple galleries of Before & After photos of real patients who have undergone successful breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Jeremy Hunt.
Results will vary between patients, and breast implant selection is going to be dependent on a number of factors. Aspects that influence these variances are due to an individual’s height, weight, skin type, age and desired result. Additionally, the implant used for the surgery will also affect the final outcome: silicone, saline, tear drop shaped or round, low, moderate or high profile implants will assist in generating different results. Keeping this in mind, the implant that creates the best results for a breast augmentation on one individual is not going to be the implant that may create the best breasts results for you.

Cosmetic surgery is not a decision to be taken lightly and always requires the hand of experience. If you’re considering Illawarra cosmetic surgery you should look closely at the credentials and years of experience of the doctor, and if possible select one that has studied internationally since this practice always broadens experience and skills. Also look for professional associations such as fellowship in the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), and membership in the Australian Society of Plastic Surgery and Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery since these bodies regulate professional standards – and that should definitely matter to you in your final selection!
